The Bell'Arte Foundation came into existence in February 1994, born out of a human and musical ideal. Nelson Delle-Vigne Fabbri, a renowned pianist and educator, has always believed that the task of elders is to transmit their knowledge to young artists beyond borders. The Bell'Arte Foundation aims to be a meeting place for diverse cultures through art and the stimulation of artistic creation. All its activities embody this philosophy implemented on a daily basis.

Bell'Arte's activities extend beyond the piano domain, including chamber music and singing. Singing holds a prominent place, thanks to the International Festival of Lyrical Art and the International Lyrical Competition "Bell'Arte," both established in 2009. The latest addition is the International Piano Competition "Bell'Arte," specially created for the 30th anniversary of Bell'Arte aisbl, scheduled for the first time in March 2024.

Its endeavours are not limited to young professionals, as Bell'Arte offers numerous training programs in piano, strings, chamber music, orchestra, and singing, whether at its headquarters in Braine l'Alleud or abroad, contributing its expertise to musicians of all ages. Bell'Arte aisbl has participated in festivals across Europe, as well as in South Korea, the Philippines, the United States, Taiwan, often in close collaboration with universities or art schools.

Bell'Arte aisbl also has the immense privilege of hosting, during its master classes, great masters of the musical world such as France Clidat†, Lazar Berman†, Eugen Indjic, Jerome Lowenthal, Josep Colom, Philippe Entremont, François-René Duchâble, Michel Béroff, Jean-Philippe Collard, Dominique Cornil, Marie-Josèphe Jude, Boaz Sharon, Mikhail Karpov, Dalia Ouziel, Piet Kuijken, Daniel Blumenthal, Marie-Noëlle de Callataÿ, Marcel Vanaud, Elizabeth Vidal, Ana Maria Stefanescu, Kati Sebestyen, Pierre-Henri Xuereb, Jerrold Rubenstein, Dalia Seselgiene, ...
