1. La participation au concours sera effective après l’enregistrement du droit d’inscription. Chaque candidature sera confirmée par le secrétariat. L’organisation se réserve le droit de limiter le nombre d’inscriptions.

 

2. Le programme du candidat ne peut être modifié après la date de clôture des inscriptions. Les œuvres sont exécutées de mémoire (sauf l’œuvre imposée dans la catégorie 5). Les participants porteront une tenue de concert pour toutes les épreuves..

 

3. L’organisation du concours se réserve tous les droits de photographie, d’enregistrement et de diffusion de toutes les prestations du Concours. Le candidat, par son inscription, marque son accord.

 

4. Le jury se réserve le droit de limiter le temps de prestation des candidats en fonction du nombre de participants.

 

5. Si un candidat est ou a été l’étudiant d’un membre du jury, ce dernier ne peut noter le candidat.

 

6. Le Concours de piano se déroulera le 9 et 10 mars 2024, dans les locaux de l’Académie de Musique de Braine-L’Alleud, rue du Château 49, 1420 Braine-L’Alleud.

 

7. L’ordre de passage des candidats sera déterminé par les organisateurs et sera communiqué aux candidats en temps utile, après la clôture des inscriptions. Les candidats doivent être présents 30 minutes avant leur prestation.

 

8. Le jury n’est pas dans l’obligation d’attribuer tous les prix.

 

9. L’organisation est souveraine pour tout ce qui n’est pas prévu expressément dans le présent règlement. Ses décisions et celles du jury sont sans appel.

 

10. La proclamation des résultats aura lieu à l’issue du Concours à l’Académie de Braine l’Alleud. Tous les lauréats sont tenus d’y assister.

11. Le Concours se réserve le droit de modifier la date de l’événement ou d’annuler celui-ci ou l’un des niveaux, s'il estime le nombre de candidats insuffisant.

 

12. Les candidats ayant participé à l’épreuve finale, sont proclamés lauréats. Les lauréats sont tenus de prêter leur concours gratuitement au concert des lauréats, dont la date leur sera communiquée ultérieurement.

 

13. Tous les participants recevront un certificat de participation. Les finalistes recevront un certificat de lauréat.

 

14. Un détenteur d’un premier prix dans une catégorie ne pourra plus se représenter dans cette même catégorie.

 

15. Les prix seront versés par virement SEPA. Les lauréats ne disposant pas d’un compte bancaire dans la zone SEPA pourront demander un autre moyen de paiement. Les frais bancaires ou les frais de change seront alors à leur charge.

 

16. Les candidats doivent être couverts par une assurance santé valable en Belgique.

Les organisateurs ne seront aucunement tenus pour responsables en cas d’accident pendant le concours.

 

17. Les frais de voyage et séjour sont à la charge du candidat.

 

18. Par son inscription au Concours, le participant adhère sans restriction aucune au présent règlement et à son déroulement.

 

19. En cas de contestation, seul le texte français du règlement est la référence.

Bell'Arte aisbl : The Organizers-the organization

1. Participation in the competition becomes effective upon payment of the registration fee. Each application will be confirmed by the secretariat. The organization reserves the right to limit the number of entries.

​

2. The candidate's program cannot be altered after the application deadline. Performances are to be done from memory (except for the mandatory piece in category 5). Participants must wear concert attire for all rounds.

​

3. The competition organization holds all rights for photography, recording, and broadcasting of performances during the Competition. By registering, candidates agree to this condition.

​

4. The jury retains the authority to limit the performance time of candidates based on participant numbers.

​

5. If a candidate is or has been a student of a jury member, that member cannot evaluate the candidate.

​

6. The Piano Competition is scheduled for March 9th and 10th, 2024, at the premises of the Music Academy of Braine-L'Alleud.

​

7. The sequence of candidates' performances will be determined by the organizers and communicated to candidates well in advance following the application deadline. Candidates are required to be present 30 minutes prior to their performance.

​

8. The jury is not obligated to award all available prizes.

​

9. The organization holds discretionary authority over matters not explicitly covered in these regulations. Decisions made by the organization and the jury are final.

​

10. The announcement of results will take place at the conclusion of the Competition at the Braine-l'Alleud Academy. Attendance of all laureates is mandatory.

​

11. The Competition reserves the right to alter the event date, cancel, or modify any of its levels if the number of candidates is deemed insufficient.

​

12. Laureates who advanced to the final round are designated as such. They are required to perform for free at the laureates' concert, the date of which will be communicated later.

​

13. Every participant will receive a certificate of participation. Finalists will receive a laureate certificate.

​

14. A first prize winner in a category cannot participate again in the same category.

​

15. Prizes will be transferred via SEPA. Laureates without a bank account within the SEPA zone may request an alternative payment method. Bank charges or currency conversion fees will be their responsibility.

​

16. Candidates must possess valid health insurance in Belgium. The organizers will not be held liable for accidents during the competition.

​

17. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the candidate.

​

18. By registering for the Competition, participants fully adhere to these regulations and their implementation.

​

19. In the event of a dispute, the French version of the regulations shall prevail as legally binding.
